Health and fitness isn’t just about training your body and doing the right things physically. Getting your mind in line with what you want to achieve is essential too. Which is why I’ve teamed up with the wonderful Annette from SwimTriLife to ensure we can bring you Flow; a fully personalised health and fitness plan which will keep you on track physically and mentally.

About Flow

Flow is born of a collaboration between me (Cadi) and my friend and personal trainer extraordinaire Annette. As a trained life and wellness coach I often help people with the mental side of getting fit and healthy. Dealing with the mental blocks which can be in place and sharing tools and techniques to help people stay motivated and break bad habits.

As someone who loves to be outside and moving and eat (reasonably) healthily, I’m very aware of the importance of planning your lifestyle to keep life the way you want it. But I’m not a qualified personal trainer (PT), so I can only draw on my own experiences. When I met Annette last year and witnessed the caring and personal way she coaches with her PT business I knew we could join up to become the dream team to deliver personalised health and wellness to our clients.

Annette and I met in our other job - running an open water swimming lake - and I’m always delighted in how naturally we work alongside each other. Flow unites our skills, personalities and friendship so we can give you a unique health and fitness experience.

How does it work?

Your Flow programme starts with an initial, 45 minute, consultation session with Annette and I, where we discover your health and fitness goals. Annette will then create a personalised plan.

Annette will then create a personalised plan for you. She will spend one hour with you in person, or on video call, going through your plan and talking you through any specifics and techniques you need more information on.

Once Annette has delivered this, you and I will arrange a one hour video call, where I will work with to tap into the awesome mental resources you have to ensure you stay on track with your plan.

Our support doesn’t stop there. We want to ensure you find it easy to stay on track and can turn to either of us when needed. So, we offer bolt on sessions with Annette and/or myself at a discounted price. This means you always know your team have your back just when you need us.

You can also opt to have a What’s App group for yourself, Annette and I, so we can stay in touch and offer advice and motivation when needed.

The Flow package is great value for money at just £120. Bolt on sessions can then be purchased at a 25% discount from our usual session prices.

(Up to 5 bolt on sessions can be booked at the discounted price with both Annette and myself. After that sessions will be charged at the usual price).
